such a blast
One week until David-o is home again. he'll be flying in on the red eye for my birthday :-) Dont know what we are doing for the 4th, but give me a call if you are interested in making some possible plans! else who knows what he has planned.. mr. dave has turned into mr. romantic times 100 in the past few months, and i never know just what to expect!
he'll be home for a couple weeks and is staying at my house, but alas.. during the daytime he will be coming with me to camp because we are overloaded on kids AGAIN and my boss is paying him to take a group for a couple weeks. sweetness.
so far so good. the distance hasnt seemed to have any sort of side effect on our relationship, but perhaps thats because we are both visiting one another about every few weeks or so. My friends dont seem to understand how I can stand waiting for him for so long.. but he isnt just any guy.. he's not even any boyfriend! he's my fiance which means we are signed on for the long haul. distance is not a good enough reason to struggle anymore... besides. It's only a short time until I move in with him anyway!!!
about his future and such.. we though we knew where he was going to, but no it looks like that is going to be changing. he is hoping for reassignment to virginia, so pray hard for him! he should know soon enough though.. most likely before he comes home because this vacation marks the end of his second school (Canine specialty) and his next temp. home will be his 3 year duty station. isnt it weird to think of dave as a police officer? wouldnt it be that much more entertaining if he ended up with a drug sniffing dog? hehe.
ok, well i have to go give him a call now and finish my convo with brett. Its a good 'un tonight. thanks for the vent my dah'ling.. its such a reliable stress buster! LOVE YOU
