What is it to truly cause something to cease? One may order all wishes but those who are determined shall always find a way to succeed. After all, is it not within human nature to seek to continue that which one enjoys even should it be considered illegal. 'What harm can there be in it' one asks, and from that comes the requisite desire.

A simple matter, and one that no mere law can contain.
