The pool in High Park on New Year's Day.
I generally enjoy a low-key New Year's Eve, but this year was especially so. Jeff inherited his Grandfather's old Canon AT-1 SLR, so we loaded up our cameras and headed out to Riverdale to take photos. After dinner at Lick's in the Beaches we enjoyed a hot chocolate in Nathan Philip's Square and then saw the year through on the couch. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end the year.
We headed out in the cold and snow on New Year's day to finish up our film in High Park.
I once read that how you spend your New Year's is how you're going to spend your year. If there's any truth to that, I'm willing to bet 2008 will be pretty damn good.
