[It's October, which means stores are getting ready for Halloween! And the bakery is no exception; Lithuania's found himself with an excess of pumpkin, bat, and skeleton cookie cutters, and he's putting them to good use. Currently, he's decorating a freshly cooled batch, putting probably more care into the way they look than the drones would

[He smiles.]

How good are you with decorating cookies?

Yeah. Apparently I'm not allowed to be a cop here, so they stuck me here.

[A pause.....]

That sounded worse then it was supposed to...

Um yeah....I'm pretty decent with cookies.

Mayfield seems to assign jobs fairly randomly.

[Also it's stuck in the American 1950s for gender roles.]

Oh, I won't have to explain it, then. There are a few of us here, though which of us are here seems to change a lot.

I still don't really get it. But I saw a talking pony here, so for the moment I'm just going to pretend everything makes sense.

So do we just make whatever we want here? Or is there some sort of list of things?

Well, there's a lot of room to do what you want, as long as you're baking something, but around holidays there are more specific things--or specific ingredients. I didn't have anything to work with but red, pink, and white icing during Valentine's Day.

[She's...actually a really good baker and cook. She just doesn't like to let people know because being a cop is hard enough without showing classic feminine traits.]

[Lithuania will just be relieved to have someone who can actually bake working with him in the bakery. Maybe it will offset the mad science and sheep.]

It's usually a fairly quiet place to work, at least. As quiet as Mayfield ever is, anyway.

Not zombies specifically, but things like that do happen regularly, yes.
