Hellooooo from Edmonton!

So I'm here for my second night, unfortunately the people in my room consist of a mother and her two teenage daughters. They don't speak English, at least not to me. For example, I stood outside the bathroom waiting to use it and I knew one of the daughters was in there, but I couldn't hear the showing going. I heard the tap run a couple of times and after 10 minutes of waiting, I hear the shower. It was fairly obvious that I was waiting, yet neither mother or non-showering daughter thought to tell me that she'd be a while. So now here I am! Using the internet to waste time! How productive! Not that it matters anyway, they stay up til 1ish with the light on and continue to talk while I try to sleep. Even when there's a common room/lounge downstairs here. Oh well.
Soooo Edmonton is lovely, the city always has people, fortunately the hostel is located on what seems like the nightlife street. So coming home tonight after seeing The Invasion wasn't as scary as I expected, although I felt myself walking around emotionless and zombie-like anyway, so I'm fairly sure that people thought I was the scary thing.
I've bought a few items. West Edmonton Mall is preetttttty big. You need a map, but after one afternoon of shopping I pretty much had the place wired. There's still one more day left to shop, I should probably somewhat plan my way around there though, I find myself hopping back and forth way too much. Today I ate a delicious serve of poutine from New York Fries, I also indulged in a cinnamon bun, two things that you can't escape in Canada. Figure I better get all I can because I leave in a month.
Well, not much else to update on. I'm pretty tired and need to look-up bus times for going home tomorrow. Love to all!
