(no subject)
last time i updated was just before pickng frank up n sofia. since then a lot has happened.
i will write in more detail later but we did a 3 day trip through the country covering a lot of history and other cool stuff. i think frank was in a bit of a shock :)
the rest of sofia was actually n0t really a holiday - i had to see m grandparents and living with them meant that we had no "time off" so to speak and when you combine this with not sleeping very well made me very tired and slightly grumppy.
nonetheless thou it was fun to see everyone.
munch was next and there we did prett much what i had hoped - not much. i have been there before so have done te tourist stuff and this time i only wantedt o catch up with my friend. of course we visited the haufbrauhaus a couple of times, we also visited Dachau (the first official concentration camp), which was what you would expect...........
the other day was a beautiful day which we spend going from beergarden to beergarden in teh english garden and just laying on the grass - best day ever!
the drive t berlin was intersting - seeing how i don.t drive manual, the guy at the counter politely explained that in europe only big cars come in auto, so i got a station wagon.......... mercedes, but a wagon nonetheless. despete all that, i still managed to get it to almost 200km\h
berlin is pretty cool! i will go on about it a bit more, when i have proper computer, but it.s a fucking funky city - so many cool shops and bars and restaurants and the history of course, oh ye, and nicholaus who wanted to take us to a cool party :)
ended up hiring some bikes today which was heaps of fun - the city is really bike friendly and makes me very angry that sydney is not more like this
going to check out some of the other clubs tonight and tomorrow we ar off to amsterdam
