Just a note to say I'm still here..
So life?
Things feel pretty good at the moment. I'm 4 months into a job that I love to pieces. I graduated back on 3rd July.. got engaged shortly before that.. moved house.. got a new car - generally life has been busy.
So work - I'm working at Accenture (IT consultancy for those who don't know!).. I was training in London for 6 weeks - 1 and a half of those I had tonsilitus and was back at home.. then 2 weeks in Chicago, which was pretty cool. Since then I've been back in Cheshire most of the time. I'm currently in a Comms role - which means all sorts of bits and pieces, but mainly overhauling a SharePoint intranet site and sorting out newsletters and things. It's busy, busy and I am in danger of becoming a work-a-holic, but I love it all the same.
Graduation - bit of a weird one that. I'd started my training in London for Accenture the day before so it was a hectic trip up to Manchester. Was great to see everyone on my course, but a bit of an anticlimax all the same. I think it would have meant more if I actually cared about my degree.
Engagement - we still have no wedding plans. Trem proposed when we were in Antwerp in Belgium back in June before I started work. Since then life has been too busy to think about weddings although I'm starting to get fed up of the "Have you set a date?" question. I guess I should try and sort things out to answer that one. I'll keep people posted.
Moving House - well we're now living in a nice house in lymm - a fairly quaint village in Cheshire, about 30 mins from Manchester, 15-20 minutes from my work and about the same from Trem's work in Warrington. It's a bit different to our old flat in Hulme! We have a garden, nice big kitchen and a garage! The village is lovely - has a somerfield, plenty of pubs and restaurants and a Canal running through it. We've also got two furry friends to join us - Guinea Pigs, Fred and Barney. They live in a home-made palace in our kitchen and are pampered with buckets of fresh vegetables.

Anyway.. best be off.. I'm still reading my LJ friends page and checking facebook roughly daily so there's no excuse! I miss a lot of you guys so try and keep in touch! Send me emails/abuse, comment on LJ, write on my facebook wall or just msn me but it would be good to catch up with some of you lot.
