Anywhoozle, of course SPN is all about the Faith/Dean, considering that what's I'm writing. ;-) It is also all about the Dean man!pain which is awesome mostly due to the surprisingly excellent comedic timing and dramatic oophm of Jensen Ackles. What's oophm? Um, it's basically bits where Jensen Ackles plays Dean Winchester doing the 'I am the snarky king of the road, no worries hurt me except for [insert most excellent pathos].'
I always rec Farscape as I am legally bound to do so. As a Farscape pimp, I always say these things: They have done everything TV has ever done and done it better most of the time. Also has one of the best TV couples ever and did I mention the leather pants?
On the first question you couldn't check more than one, because it was radio buttons. This is why the ticky box, which is the option on every other question, reigns supreme.
I should edit it to femmenerd and regala_electra. I felt like there was this sudden explosion of Faith/Dean and I was all like huzzahwhat?
Is Farscape the one with the puppets? Puppets wig me, ever since I was little. I saw a puppet and got the wig; there wasn't really a story there.
Word to Farscape. It got me into this thing called Fandom. Where as before I saw it I was all, "there are FANS? Who meet Online? WEIRD." And now it's as normal and all-American as apple pie a la mode.
Farscape fandom was the BEST. Nobody had any time to get crazy wanky and when Sci-Fi (AKA The Bastards) cancelled Farscape, it was a beautiful, beautiful thing to see fans come together. And I adore that Brian Henson acknowledges that The Peacekeeper Wars wouldn't have been without the fan campaign.
I look back on that time with fond memories of the discovery of what an online community was or could be. (Your name even sounds familiar, like I came across you there.)
Possibly. I wrote a couple of fics in that fandom. I mostly posted at the TwoP Farscape Thread, a couple of times at the Ultimate Farscape board. I only posted at Kansas for fic, though.

Heh, well I lost my mind and last month, I was all, "ZOMG, I have an idea for an awesomely cracktastic coupling!" And then it turns out others thought about it as well. It is very tasty.
I am very pleased that others are reccing FS. Yay.
Farscape could be called 'the one with puppets,' but it's so much more. There are only two main characters who are puppets (made by the Henson company) and one of them is like 8 feet tall and you seriously wind up forgetting he's a puppet. No, really.
I've actually said while discussing the show, "Oh man, did you see how sad Pilot looked? I can't believe they did that!" Heh, they're very good at making their puppets come to life. Pilot is like a snarky commander on a ship, popping in with helpful information such as "We're...somewhere else! I'll get back to you on the specifics," or sadly explaining that in order to travel, his species basically sacrifices
( ... )
Oh dear, I didn't explain it well. No, F/D was not my idea. I randomly posted in my lj last month about how awesome Faith/Dean would be. I think I then found femmenerd and her posts about it.
Henson puppets are awesome. Mostly because you can tell they enjoy making them as realistic as possible.
Do give it a go! I tend to say at least give the entire first season a shot. The early episodes are a bit uneven, the cast & crew were not sure if it was a show for kids or for adults, but by Episode 16 (A Human Reaction), they've absolutely nailed what the show is about. Everything from then on is pretty damn fabulous.
I am so dumb.

Any Farscape fan is automatically OK in my book, however!

It's not quite true what I said about puppets. I *loved* the puppets on Star Wars. When they were puppets and not CGI.
I'll definitely give it ago some day. Hopefully soon!
