Halloween was a success.
a commissioned piece for one of my best friends, zach.

i took in a giant sweater and and giant pair of cordoury pants, hacked up some other sweater bits for gloves , boots, and the tail.
The hood with ears is made from an old sweatshirt and the whiskers are wires I covered with black t-shirt scraps.
the crown was made from paper mache.
i loved how it turned out, so did he.

We wanted to be vikings.
My costume is a fully lined faux fur vest made by yours truly
underneath is a crocheted mesh net vest made from an old scarf.
the hoodie underneath is made from a cool sweater knit bolt fabric.
suede kilt skirt made from a formerly floor length QVC nightmare.
boot covers made from a moth eaten juicy couture sweater.
the helmet was made out of paper mache and stuffed horns.
His costume is made of very similiar items, done slightly differently as you can see.
his fur is a cape.
