On Friday we [me/Danny/Kyle/Adam] went to Raleigh for Happy Birthday Ciara/Charlie (thankyouforhavingthis.):

Before we went to Raleigh I went to Tickets.com for the last time and got my paycheck. Then: The trip was really something! Car rides with Adam Lake, what can I say. It's a box of shit. The show itself was a lot of fun. Baroness fucking ruled, Adonis was/is better than last time I saw them, and Piedmonster made me smile a looot.
There were so many friends in one place and I loved it. I met lots of really friendly faces, too. There was an awesome sleepover that is pictured above. On Sunday morning a lot of people went to Chris Carraway's for breakfast/watch Goodburger/etc. Everybody was really nice the whole time and I had a blast meeting new ones and experiencing great things. I can't wait to back in a month. I miss everyone already. I get really excited thinking about this.
PRERALEIGHWEEK ruled. Myself/Danny/Ashey/Christian served as models for Sergio's final photo project in our house!! It was fun. The next night, after screening TIL DEATH DO WE PARTY on stuff at the neighbroz, we went to Nate's place of work (scubashop!) and watched The Catalyst practice in a tiny room in the dark with a tv monitor playing scuba instruction videos because Kyle was stoned. The Catalyst are good. The "Til Death Do We Party" clothes are good.
Saturday when we returned to DC around 10pm we went to this show at AU. We missed most of it (Gurth). We caught the end of Olive Tree, an acoustic artist whose name I can't remember but who was excellent, another band who played too long and wasn't good, and then Rue The Day. I had fun. I met some of my beloved Charlotte's friends from Richmond!
