I love how facebook has this new option for details on your friends to help you identify how you know your friend. But even better than categorizing friends, is the categories themselves:
a. lived together
b. worked together
c. from an organization or team
d. took a course together
e. went to school together
f. from a summer/ or study abroad program
g. in the family
h. through a friend
i. through facebook
j. met randomly
k. hooked up
l. we dated
m. I don’t even know this person
