Okay, so I suddenly had an urge to post to my LJ. For the first time in like, forever. So far it's basically just been used for my trading list.
So yeah...
I got my hair cut on Wednesday. Short. Very, very short. I wasn't entirely sure whether I liked it, but I washed it, and I prefer it unstyled. It's a lot messier though. It's the first time I've ever had it this short, and the first time I've ever had a fringe. Not bangs, though. I have a thing about bangs, no doubt inherited from my Nonna.
We had House Dinner on Wednesday too. I basically got home from school, changed, got my hair cut (it took ages, but well worth the $40) and arrived half an hour late with Mum's boss and her daughter, who's new to Riley House. House Dinner sucked a lot less than last year's. We set it up, which was kinda boring, but it got me out of History and REPD, and I got to choose where we were sitting on our table. I wore the silver Cheong Sam (is that spelt right...?) that Nonna sent me ages ago, and my awesome boots of awesomeness. I'll get pictures when I get Bridget to send them to me.
In other news, I am so goddamned psyched about the Bare Album! I can't wait, I'm counting down the days....
There's a wedding or something going on over the road, and the music is very loud and very 80's. Also, I'm supposed to be doing homework.
Natalie agreed to do Mama Who Bore me + the reprise for either the next House Dinner or an assembly. Which I'm way more excited about than is necessary. I guess it's just the chance to perform it. Only thing is, we need two more people to do it with (Catrin also said she would) and I need to learn the harmonies. I asked at broadwayshare, and was pointed towards a TGO thread, which supplied some sheet music, but I need to find someone who can read music. I fail at music, but I'm supposed to be taking it next year >_< I didn't this year, so I will suck hardcore, and I'll have to drop drama until yr 11. Saddies :(
I'm spending the day with Maggie tomorrow, which will be lots of fun, so I really need to get onto my homework now, which was what I was supposed to be doing all today, which I spent reading sa_slash (I swear, sa_slash is lowering my grades with it's addictive awesomeness)
