Sam picks up the gift box from the bed and brings it over to Dean. "Will you be my valentine?" He asks, leaning down and pressing a gentle kiss against Dean's lips. Certainly more gentle than the real Sam ever was.
Dean takes the box, because really, what else could he do?
His fingers fumble with the bow for a second before he gets it off and there's just a plain cardboard box underneath the fancy paper. The box has lube in it, lube that's in a pink bottle with a cherub on it. There's condoms too, and some chocolate that probably came from a gas station judging by the state of the packaging.
Sam's in his face again, manoeuvring so that's Dean's legs are pressed against the bed and then Dean's sitting down and Sam's cock is hard against his hip and Sam's pushing him back towards the bed.
"Stop it." Dean turns his head out of the kiss and takes a deep breath, trying to calm down his own raging erection. He's wanted this, thought about Sam in the shower, jerked off imaging his brother deep inside him.

Sam shrugs, undoing his own jeans and sliding a hand into his underwear. "I know you like Valentine's day. I still have all the same memories, I know what you like to get up to today. I can deliver."
Dean turns away as Sam strokes himself. "Dude, not while I'm in the room! And you banged that hippy chick! I was pretty sure that you were done with us."
"Whatever you want."
"I don't want this." Dean turns back to his brother, motioning between the two of them. "You just forget about anything else Sam had in his head about the things we used to do. I am not doing any of that with you." He storms off in the bathroom, intending to jerk off in the shower.
