heath and i had a neat conversation tonight about the logic of art and how it limits itself. genre's and technical shit. we both had points and at the end of it, we were both sort of enlightened.
funny how things tend to wrap up like that. i'm thinking about writing a paper, entitled "Idea vs. Definition" to help speed people up in their processes of thinking. really, it's a balance thing.
we have so many definitions, but they're all very human. if no human standards existed, we would only have ideas. but since humans exist, we have standards.
