A wonderful weekend
This was the best weekend I had in a very long time. I'd forgotten how it felt to spend time with someone you care so much about. Since I first headed overseas almost four years ago I have always felt transient, like I was just passing through someone else's space. This weekend I felt like I was home. I don't think she understands how much she is helping me. Now if only I can figure out how to help her. If I could, I would hold her until the pain went away. For now, I just hope she can trust me with her heart.....
