Oh my goodness. Kara and I just had a grand cook off. We made stuffed mushroom caps with garlic, red pepper, onions, parmesan and bread crumbs, grilled and rolled zucchini stuffed with ricotta,mozzarella and parmesan covered in olive oil and bread crumbs, and rolled chicken with prosciutto spinach and boursin cheese. I swear we are all going to have the worst gas pains and farts soon. Greg is swollen and can't move his hands. And to make matters better but oh so worse, the apple crisp is baking in the oven. I'm also drinking red wine.
Lori if you read this, Kara is going to come over when you are down and we are going to have a goat cheese night. Start drooling now.
