An idea was born in July 2012... That Jossverse fandom is still out there, but that it needs a little motivation to create, to post and to share. The idea is to offer people who want to make something fannish a goal to aim at. That goal is to get it done within five months, by the start of December.

The original challenge is to write a fic of 2000

I see that crossovers are permitted, but is that only within the Jossverse fandoms, or other fandoms as well?

Nope, whichever fandom(s) you like. I mean, preferably don't just have a Jossverse character as a 100-word role in a 50k epic SGA saga, but otherwise all we're about is More Fanworks featuring Jossverse-ness. Want to write Rupert Giles, Sam Winchester and John Watson go camping? Go for it if your bunnies lead you there.

Oh absolutely! I actually have a fic set mostly in the Buffyverse that I wanted to finish, but it's a SPN crossover so I just wanted to make sure :)

...that sounds like it would be one EPIC camping trip.
