The Ranger Keys allow the Gokaiger to transform into any of the earlier Sentai Teams. Once they have unlocked the Greater Power of the team, they can use the full power of the team (read: the Gokai-Oh can transform).
The Ranger Keys are not locked by color or gender, allowing any of the Gokaiger to transform to any of the Sentai.
