[anOTP: Andros/Zhane and Andros/Genie]

Andros has been tinkering with his Galaxy Glider, making sure that it's still in good repair, and so that he can easily be found up on the roof with it or going through the mansion for tools or parts that might come in useful. He's always on the lookout for friends he might come across, though, it'd be nice to see people.

Genie might have been on her way out, and will spot Andros on one of his runs to the Mansion. "Andros! Why, don't you look busy today!"

She's always glad to see him.

He laughs a little and shrugs. "I was doing some maintenance on my glider, and needed some tools. What are you up to?"

[genial_umbrella]

"Not much," she replies. "I'm a bit bored, actually. Can I come with you?"

[lets_rocket]

"Sure," he says. "It's up on the roof. Or I could take a break, if you don't want to go up there." He doesn't know how she feels about heights.

[genial_umbrella]

She blinks. "On the roof? Really? How do you go there?"

[lets_rocket]

"Through the attic," he says. "I can show you if you want."

[genial_umbrella]

"I'd like that," she replies. "It's not a very steep ladder, is it?"

Though typist doesn't mind if it is, and doesn't mind if Genie goes first either. >.>

"It's not too bad," he says. "If you want, you can go up first and if you slip, I can catch you."

[genial_umbrella]

She seems to hesitate, nibbles at her lip, but then...

"-- alright. I trust you." She smiles bravely.

"We don't have to go up if you don't want to," he says, not wanting her to be uncomfortable. "But if you do, the door's up on the top floor."

[genial_umbrella]

"No, no, I want to see," she replies, insisting. "And I mean what I said. I trust you."

[lets_rocket]

"All right," he says. "Lets go." He gives her a smile, and waves her along with him as he turns toward the stairs.

She follows, smiling a little, half-timid and half-excited. She's not worried, though - Andros is one of the people she trusts the most.

"Here it is," he says when they get to the attic access, reaching up to pull down the ladder. "Do you want to go up first? I'll catch you if you slip."

[genial_umbrella]

"Alright," she replies, and smiles a little. Impulsively, she leans over and kisses Andros on the cheek. "Andros, you're really a good friend."

[lets_rocket]

He blushes a little and smiles. "Thanks. You too, Genie." To cover his mild embarassment he holds onto the ladder so that he can steady it for while she climbs.
