still raining in Århus
How come I didn't notice it rained as much when I was in Belfast?? It's pissing down here again...actually I think it could be because I have a massive window that I can't help but look out of and see the rain. Also my house has a metal roof haha. It's not too bad really, when it's raining and I'm nice and chilled out inside :P The danish would probably call it 'hyggelig' which kinda means cosy...it's quite complicated actually. Because you can be hyggelig by yourself, and with a big group of people. I found this article which is very interesting.
But anyway, it's raining, and I have music on, and nothing much I need to do :) On wednesday I was in Aalborg, and it was pretty great. Wandered round churches, an old monastery, and their little castle. There were some underground passages under the castle, which off course I dived down haha. I thought about ADIML about it, but it was kinda spur of the moment...will wait til we have a Tour de Chambre I think. After class yesterday I met Morten and his friend Troels at the history and archaeology friday bar. It was pretty good, just talked and drank good beer :)
