Like three or so pounds, and then I lost it without subjecting myself to self-imposed severe starvation! I lost it in a week, or in a week and a half, or maybe even less! Actually, I have been eating well for the past two weeks. Mostly veggies, veggies, veggies and sugar-free coffee! I'm just trying to maintain my weight now, if I lose any more, I just may end up looking like a deteriorating skeletal frame of a malnourished Ethiopian kid!
Alright, that was a stretch, but still, I don't want to look sick. Sick is not sexy.
