although i fail miserably at most every interaction i have with other human beings, i'm liking kansas city a lot. me and devin just ride around and get sweaty a lot. pix fest was awesome, obviously, but it was just what i needed also. i smell awful and have no way of fixing that, so suzanne's parents are going to just have to deal i suppose.

i miss the fuck outta you kids. i'm so stoked we're gonna be living in the same city soon. oh, and you and joey need places to live, do you want to live in my current apartment? my two roommates are moving out and offered me to move into their new place with them, but if you two wanna live here then i'd love to stay in this apartment.

each room is a different cost, i think they're both around 500 though...i think....and it's in jp, right by the harvest and the ferris wheel bike shop, about 5 minute walk from the forest hills t stop.

ok matt i tried calling you but my phone's busted and all, so here's the deal. rent is $1400 total. i pay $325 because my room's wicked small. the other rooms are $475 and $600, based again on size. but i think that can be rearranged depending on people's situations. we could maybe even have a 4th person or something? there's also no lease so no one will be tied to anything. in case those awful new england winters get too much for us. that's my favorite part, really...anyway...right now there is internet/cable, but when those kids move out i think i'm gonna cancel it. because i just use the internet at emack & bolio's down the street. there's a porch and a stoop, a washer and a broken dryer, roof access to a gorgeous roof....and the location is fantastic.....OH! it's right above liz prince's boyfriend's apartment, if you've ever been there...but he's moving out as well, to innman square. write me back ASAP and let me know. 'cause if you guys don't move in here i might move to brighton, but id really rather stay around ( ... )

gahhh! that sounds so awesome. joey's goin through some crappy stuff so i told him i'd give him a few days though . . .
