try interacting with the fans (your friends) more.
hold like contests or trivia games[[prizes can be like homemade, customized banners or something for the winner]], have fans post fanfics, why they love jared or his band, roleplay a jared movie[[pick like a jared movie of the month or something && have people roleplay it]]. thats all i got so far!!
let me know what u think, but i'll keep thinking of more ideas!!! =]
