She's not like the other girls

Ok my turn. So yeah, I did actually go the whole do without going on the pc, pretty good really that. I guess it's been a pretty decent last few days. So recap then.

Friday, going to the Waterloo Arms, seeing my dad's friend, Dave, and his family, couple of drinks, pretty good really. Anyway then have yesterday. Was woken up at 9 o'clock. 9 o'clock for goodness sake!!! I only went to sleep at about half 3 that morning! Apparently though everyone else had been up for at least an hour so.... So shower, get dressed and the rest, come down round about 10 and so my sis shares the presents out into piles and we all start opening. (list time)

  • Coat

  • Jumper (wearing)

  • T-shirt (long sleeved, and doesn't fit around the shoulders)

  • Electric Razor (mine died)

  • Loads of books

  • Franz Ferdinand's first album with a 5 track bonus disk (liking)

  • Rasmus Album (I don't care what my sis or anyone else says)

  • Lots of sweets of lots of variety

  • Star Wars III DVD (with extra's)

  • Bourne Identity & Supremacy DVD

  • Pay Check DVD

  • Van Helsing DVD (x2)

  • New Phone! (my sis is pissed off with that one!)

  • Evanescence Anywhere But Home DVD & CD combination!!! (the best one!!)

So yeah. Pretty good. I've also got a Mick Vick jersey on stand-by for when Atlanta gets knocked out, and if you don't know who Mick Vick is, do your research!!! Also my sis has been going on about getting a new phone for quite a few months, always complaining about her's. And so she had to help pick mine, and then wrap it up, and she didn't even get one herself! She is not impressed, especially as my MP3 player is so much better then hers as well! And so I have two Van Helsing DVD's. And my dad can't return the one he got, because it was off the Internet and there's nothing wrong with it; Laura......And so a new phone. I'll post it here in a couple of mins as friends only for anyone who cares, also people I have numbers for already, I will be taking your picture with it, so I can put the two together.

Other presents of note were the 6th and 7th series of Red Dwarf on DVD. Who Wants To Be A Millionaire interactive DVD game. My mum's The Clangers DVD. My dad buying himself, and wrapping, a Billy Connelly live in London DVD. My Dad's remote controlled Darleck!!! Anyone who say "James May's Best Toys" should understand. "If you want to get something really good for a bloke this Christmas, make sure it has 'ages 5-7' on the side and you can't go far wrong" well this is "5+" so.....

And so we just chatted and sat around until 2, when we had a huge massive lunch, followed by some very nice puddings. And then from then we watched lots of TV; loads of Creature Comforts, Shrek, Toy Story 2, Doctor Who, TV's best comedy moments, Red Dwarf. So rather a lot. And then today watched Wallace and Grommet!! It's all good.

Then went, with my dad to PC world, to get a new hard drive (160 Gb!!) and a new fan. Then went down to the pub to meet up with Dave and his family again, had a couple of pints, picked up tapes and DVD's galore! And then come back. So already watched one NFL game, that was one of the things we got off Dave, lots of NFL games! Also I've watched all the extra's stuff to go with the Evanescence DVD, I'm loving it! They're brilliant, and some of the mistakes they've had live, oh dear, her heart really must have been pounding, also they were messing around rather a lot at the last gig ever of the Fallen Tour. Also put all new music onto the PC, and will be updating my MP3 player soon, again. So yeah, it's been a pretty good Christmas. And now onto next year, with all it's amazingness just waiting to happen!
