So I'm sending out a request for prayers/good vibes/happy thoughts, whatever you guys do. I applied online for food stamps/cash assistance just now, and I really, really, really need it to go through because we're in kind of a bad financial situation right now. I already applied for Medicaid for pregnant women and WIC (food checks, but it's specific stuff like milk, juice, eggs, cheese, cereal, stuff like that) and got both of those, but WIC will only help so much, and the last thing I need at almost 5 months pregnant is to starve, y'know? Not that that's really truly a worry, but it's enough of one, especially at the end of the month (Jared gets some social security benefits and things like that, but it's only like $400 a month and by the 3rd week of the month we're pretty much ass out), and I'd like to have the extra netting to fall back on. So any good vibes you guys could send that would be great, cause I'd like to be approved within the next 2 weeks (it takes 15-30 days according to the ACCESS Florida website), because the cash assistance will help us start buying things for the baby (maybe babies? i'll find out for sure during my doctor's appointment on Thursday) and other things that we need that aren't food.
You guys know I'm not one to ask for prayers and things like that unless the situation is less than good so, any happy thoughts would be appreciated.
In conclusion, you guys are the best.
I may post with my thoughts on this season of Idol some time this week, I have a post formulating in my head...if only I could get my thoughts in order, lol.
