Checklist updated...
- Contact seamstress & meet with her to finish figuring out dresses (meeting on the 28th)
- Honeymoon (picked up more brochures, hope to have it all decided by the end of the week...no, WILL have it decided)
- Call church to confirm that J's dad is okay to do our full ceremony instead of sharing (meeting with the church minister next Wednesday)
- Sign thingie for musicians and send off (received copy of the contract in the mail, which was returned by the musicians)
- Invitations - choose, and potentially order (ordered samples of 3 favourites, didn't do anything more)
- Call J's dad and get him to send us his paperwork, and find out what else we need to do (emailed today)
- Figure out rehearsal dinner
- Tuxes? (Not to worry now...J will go out with his bro when he comes back from university for the Christmas break)
- Flowers for ceremony/decorations for reception? Decide this.
- Call around for hair and makeup prices (made one call on Friday, so I won't cross this off)
- Bring a swatch to the cake people (probably will do when Christine comes for the weekend)
- Start deciding on shoes, hair, tiara, veil, crap like that (again, hopefully when Christine comes)
- Make some decisions re: favours and centrepieces (will probably require some web research)
The red strikes are the ones that we got done over the weekend, the other strikes are things we had finished the day I made the list. Didn't get a whole lot done that I wanted done. Boo.
