It is totally obvious that, barring a miracle, horrible things are about to happen in Zimbabwe. Well, you know what I mean, increase exponentially. Mugabe is not doing this election ‘thing’ at all, and no one has the power to stop him. sigh, Zimbabwe has been quite messed up for such a long time. While I was in The Gambia I bought some African magazine that was entirely about the Zimbabwe situation and it is one of the saddest things going on right now. There are scary things going on in the world.

There is a lot of misguided humanitarian work in Africa, and there is a shit ton of mediocre work there as well. I saw a lot of it, and I saw a lot of dependency on it. I don't know how to solve it or who will, but I hope if I ever do anything like that I'll be apart of a cause that I am certain does some real help.
