According to a Chinese gynecologist who currently is working at Loyola University Hospital with my Mother:
there are a decent amount of women in China who are "loose" and try to "get" with Americans in order to return to the United States with them. Many of said women are also reportedly "dirty" (STDs), and I am to watch out for said "dirty" & "loose" women.
