Aced that Chinese Quiz

I've started working out again and all I can say is that I'm super-weak.

A summer without weight-lifting/being lazy about a routine really screwed me. I'm back to 30-35 lbs. weights for doing dumbbell presses. I was at 50 before I left for the summer. LAME. Yeah, no more screwing around I've gotta get back to a good work-out routine. Not to mention my endurance for cardiovascular stuff is total crap. On a good note, I'm still pretty fast when it comes to sprinting stuff. Then again I'm not racing anyone so who knows.
