So I was exhausted from shooting. Just took a nap and now my knee is KILLING me! It's back to ace bandage and heat. I can't even bear my whole weight on it now. Back to the doc if I don't feel better in 24 hours.

I shot a beautiful .17 HMR rifle. I think I want one. :)
