I hate my job
I have had to close every Sunday for the past two weeks, regardless of the fact that nearly a month ago I informed my head server I can no longer close on Sunday nights. For the past three weeks I have been scheduled til "cut", but, to no surprise, the girls who were supposed to close on said nights never showed up. I am so tired of picking up everyone's slack, and tired of the head server not doing her job. When someone calls in, SHE is supposed to cover the shift for them, not ME. I have three days off in the course of the next two weeks, AND, the day I requested off two weeks ahead of time was not given to me. Additionally, I work more hours than the head server, and every other server for that matter. It is complete bullshit and I cannot even begin to explain how tired I am of that place.
