Public Service Announcement: Free 411
Stop using your land line / cellular carrier's 411 service. It's costly and not really any better than: GOOG411 (1-800-466-4411) -- which is FREE.
I've been using Google's experimental 411 service for a few days and it a) utilizes better voice recognition, b) has better voice navigation, and c) sends sms messages that aren't a garbled mess like AT&T/Cingular's.
So, yeah. Use it. Love it. Or not. But I do.
