Marketing Headache
Marketing Forum less than 7 hours away. More to do by 6 AM. So f*cking tired already, but I just can't sleep.
Sobrang daming pasakit sa dibdib at sa ulo ang nangyari pero sobrang pasalamat ko sa lahat ng tumulong kanina. Unang una hindi ko kayang magbuhat ng paso na mas mabigat sa akin. Pangalawa, hindi ako aabot sa sabitan ng banner kahit may hagdanan. Pangatlo wala akong oras mag-ayos ng 315 gift bags. Pang-apat, may iba akong dapat na iniisip at hindi ko na dapat pinoproblema yung ibang bagay.
I am glad that it will be over soon. It has been a tremendously revealing experience, showing how priorities of one do not match with the priorities of another. From the Logistics perspective, we need money, we need a clear programme, we need instructions - we just provide for what ideas everyone has. But what happened was that we had to come up with ideas and eventually bring them to reality because the ideas just weren't coming. In some cases that the ideas did come, we did not feel comfortable with them and so we did our part. Maybe we were demanding something that others are simply not capable of giving. But I refuse to believe that. It is not a question of capability, it is a question of want. Do they want it bad enough to end up with a certain quality such that they will give it the effort it requires?
Maybe we did have the time, but come on. Look at what we have done and you will know how our time has been utilized. Perhaps you will understand why we have the gall to demand things. After, those who reach the goal first will either get to dictate or get followed.
