".... Not two days later, the stuffed and posed corpse had a place of honor on the wall behind his desk."
As soon as a girl with a long ponytail finished her horror story, another tan girl screams and clings to the boy sitting next to her. Minami just chuckled as she took another piece of hard candy from the bag she was holding and popped it into her mouth. The group seemed to be sitting in a large Japanese-style inn room, which some may recognize as the Amagi Inn from Yasoinaba.
"Oof, Yuko! I can't breathe," the boy, Kazushi, complained as he tried to push her off him, eventually succeeding. "Geez, I never knew you were such a scaredy-cat."
"I-I'm not! I... I was just trying to give you a good scare," Yuko denied vehemently, her eyes fixated on the tatami floor.
"Haha, right, right," laughed the girl with the long ponytail, the Tennis Team's caption, Rio. She turned her attention to Minami, who didn't seem to be bothered by the story at all. "Hey, Minami, how is it that you aren't scared?"
"Hm?" Minami blinked, tilting her head curiously before giving an airheaded smile. "Oh, no no~ It gave me quite the chills, Rio-chan~!"
"Liar," Rio rebutted with a look of disbelief on her face. "Nothing really fazes you, huh? I bet you've heard a lot of scary things. Maybe you could share some? ♪"
"Me?" Minami pointed to herself questioningly. "Mmmm... Well, I guess I could give it a try..."
"Phew," Yuko sighed in relief. "If Arisato's the one telling stories, it'll probably be less scary..."
"Okay, here's how it goooooes~"
The story Minami told was one of indescribable horrors, a tale of death, blood, sacrifices, and many more. Yuko practically was paralyzed with fear as the redhead went on and on, and Kazushi's arm was slowly growing numb from how tight Yuko clung to it. Even the hotheaded Rio couldn't help but turn pale as Minami cheerfully described every gory detail with the same carefree smile plastered on her face. The tale she told was so sinister, so disturbing, that no creepypasta found on the internet could even compare to this unspoken horror. It was ten minutes of complete terror for the group, excluding its teller, and it was almost as if the road to salvation opened as soon as they heard the final sentence of the story.
"... and it's still been going on since then," she finally concluded, only noticing the dead silence that hung in the air after several minutes. "Hm? Is there something wrong...?"
"That was, um... Realistic, Minami," Rio finally replied weakly.
"Oh, really?" Minami's smile got even brighter, thinking that it was a compliment. "I'm glad to hear that~ ♪"

[Minami sat up from the couch in Hotel Dusk's lobby and gave a big yawn as she stretched. She glanced at her Dreamberry, which laid on the coffee table, and smiled when she saw the blinking light.]
Hey, does anyone wanna gather up and tell some scary stories sometime~?
