It's been another long day. Not only did I screw up replying on holmeschat (starting more wank than had previously been there) but I also ended up spending too much time at work going through this stupid cold case and ended up missing the dinner with the in-laws I'd promised the wife I'd be home for. I'll bet you all can imagine how that has gone over.
Speaking of cold cases, the bosses were terribly pleased with the results from yesterday and have given me another which is why I'm sitting here staring at pictures of a Joe Bloggs whose face, hands, and feet appear to have been melted off while the rest of his body is covered in what appears to be dog bites. We know they're not human but given that's about all we know, it's looking doubtful we'll ever so much as ID the guy, let alone get him justice...
