June Came and Went
Wow! It dawned on me this morning that I haven’t updated my livejournal in well over a month…. Not once in the entire month of June! I’ve been reading other posts like crazy but send apologies to anyone that shares some sort of interest in my entries…. Here’s the lamest recap for the month that you’ll probably ever see…..
June 8th - Went Downtown, bar-hopped, looked cute, and took pictures.
June 17th - Spent the day in Ocala with my family, who took me birthday shopping and I got lots of fun clothes. Then drove back to Orlando to meet up with Ryan and some of his work buddies to get an early start on his 22nd birthday, which started the next day… I also got to see my good friend Mary-Kate who was back in Orlando for a few days.
June 18th - Ryan’s Birthday…. I bought him a lil carrot cake for his birthday cuz that’s what he wanted… we also went to dinner at Kobe’s Japanese Steak House and had some of the most delicious drinks (and food) ever!
June 25th - My 24th Birthday! On the night of the 24th I went out just with Ryan, Heather, and Junior to Gator’s Dockside for some dinner… nobody was really feeling up to partying downtown so we layed low. Took stupid pics that night, and the next day Ryan and I went to the movies (saw “Click” which was an excellent movie), and then went to yet another delicious dinner at The Melting Pot…. No pix were taken during the day because… well… we were pretty much winging it the whole day. I got some awesome gifts from my friends… Gucci Rush, a new Coach Purse, balloons, a cake! What more could a girl ask for??
June 29th-July 2nd - Wrapped up the month by spending a long weekend out in Siesta Key, which is pretty much Sarasota. Had the best time! We went kayaking, canoing, went to an aquarium, built sand turtles, collected sea shells, and overall just had an awesome time.
So there you have it! I’ve caught you up all the way to July so hopefully we won’t have to do this again next month…. The 4th of July was yesterday and of course I have some photos… although we didn’t go out or anything… instead just stayed home and tried absinth for the first time! VERY DISGUSTING! Lol. It was funny watching Ryan get wasted though… anyway pix and video of that coming soon enough! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday, and I want to end the post by saying….
HAPPY 24th BIRTHDAY TO MY BEST FRIEND IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, BECKA MILLER!! -- she’s in Minnesota right now but I’ll see her next week at least J
