Demolition begins
We're getting new tile put down in the house. The wood paneling is being taken out and replaced, and we're getting tile put down in the hallway. So we've been moving furniture and packing up boxes of stuff. Without any furniture, it shows you just how big the house is. This also means that we won't be able to get to the kitchen and have to eat out for a week (yech).
I also have been working on a project for school. For those of you who don't know, I'm earning early childhood education units so I can work in a preschool. My project is to create a center activity for a class of children. It's on the pill bug, or roly poly; they'll be able to draw the bugs and learn about the anatomy and ecology. It's harder than most would think.
