distraction
J'avais pensé en Français aujourd'hui. Je ne sais pas pourquoi- je n'ai pas eu même la classe française aujourd-hui....
Aussi, Fiddler on the Roof has been stuck in my head all day. Probablement car j'ai regardé le jeu la nuit passé et le filme ce matin.

I can't seem to make myself focus today.
I realized today in my Doctrine class that I have come up with a lot of ways to help myself focus in class (i.e. things I can do that allow the "fidgetiness" to come out while I'm still paying attention/hearing what the prof has to say).
they are: listing the 50 states
listing the 32 counties of Ireland
drawing on my hand
writing bible verses on the inside of my hand or on my wrist
counting random things in the room- like people wearing blue or how many people coordinate with the room/clash with it etc.
write portions of my notes in french
try to visually recall my notes for another class- and study them.
recognize "literary devices" in the professor's speech (like alliteration or assonance)
figure out what each person in the class is thinking
When I was thinking about this this afternoon, I realized that this is just another one of the things on my list of "things that probably should have me worried that I'm insane."
I want to pre-register, but they won't let me until 7:30 am tomorrow.
