first of all.. i had completely forgotten it was today until about 8pm when this couple came into Moe's.
The man was the pastor (i think) of grace presbyterian church in clanton (one of b'wood's sister churches). He's also an ATO Alumni. That's right. and when he was in college... he went to b'wood. (YEAH!.) We quickly made the connections (before he was even through ordering) and became fast friends (lol...)
I was out in the dining room trying to find something to busy myself with on a slow night and he stops me and asks me what my story is. How is it that I live in Alabaster, am homeschooled, and attend Briarwood.
So I told him and his wife that it was a dangerous thing to ask, because my story's kinda complicated and kinda long. They told me that that was the best kind of story...
So I started telling them. Everything. From just before the flood to this present day.
That's right. Me. And I didn't flinch or say "um ah..." once. They told me that it was incredible that at 16 my entire life was so vividly covered by God's hand.
Anyways.. that was pretty much the coolest thing that happened ever today.
