band camp is now officially over!!

YES!! Band Camp is finally over for 2oo2 season. <<-Thank God! ;] Well first off, just to let you know what band camp is like. It isn't like how American Pie puts it. All it is, is just an 8 hour practice everyday at our highschool. Well actually it is a 7 hour practice, since they are nice enough to give us that. The first day of it was good, cause they didn't have any drill written yet, so we didn't have to go outside in the 95 degree weather. The second day was alright, that was when we got some of our drill and that was when like everyone almost passed out and got burnt to a crisp. I know i did, and it sucks. ;[ Today was the first day that my sunburn doesn't hurt so bad. The third day(wednesday) was when i got very burnt and didn't feel good at all, but i still stayed out on the field and ran back to all of my sets. After that practice i went to Rachelle's house to go swimming and that water was great. Thursday, was another hard day, we got alot more drill and it seemed to go by fast on that day.. so yeah. Friday was great. Every year, we get water balloons and right after lunch, we throw them at all of the kids. And they have to stand there too. Even our drill writer got into it, he had a huge super soaker. I got him with a balloon too when he turned around. Ok, i think that was enough for talking about band camp. Oh yeah - and at the beginning of Friday, we always stretch before we do anything, and our drum major told us to do 75 jumping jacks and most of the new kids didn't do it, and i did every one of them, and jude said to run a lap around the whole field just because half of them didn't do jumping jacks. So of course, you know me.. i didn't want to do it, so i was gunna walk and jude says to me, i said run a lap, not walk. So i said i did the 75 jumping jacks. And he said i didn't ask you if you did or not, run. So i ran just to get rid of some anger. >:\ So anyways.. I am now done typing for now, since it is only 10:55 in the morning. I'll write later, since i am going to a party and probably something will happen and i will have to tell about it. Byee!
