Its kind of a strange coincidence considering after we shifted out from Serangoon Gardens, my grandpa's other siblings have also followed suit in the next two years, all abandoning their private properties in favor of public housing. It doesn't seem like it is to cash out, after all, the private property market is expected to surge further this year. And considering how big some of their egos are, becoming a heartlander just doesn't quite suit them.
