I just got accepted into the Tulane Criminal Law Clinic for the Fall and Spring semesters. That means that come Fall I will actually be doing all the stuff that a licensed lawyer does, under the supervision of Professors. Which means that not only will it look great on my resume, but more importantly, my first real client won't be a virtual guinea pig. The other great part of it is, that it should keep my motivation level up for school. This semester has been the worst in my entire collegiate career, as far as going to class and getting the work done in a timely manner. I just haven't had the motivation and I've been angry at how Tulane handled the hurricane. But now, I'm actually looking forward to my last year of law school even more than I was looking forward to my first year.
