Post Traumatic Paper Disorder

Last week was spent working almost non-stop on a paper about Post traumatic Stress Disorder as a possible criminal defense for those picked up by the police during the hurricane Katrina fiasco. As usual, what should have been a simple paper to write got more and more complicated as I decided to do more and more research about any little insignificant aspect of the topic.

I ended up reading an entire book on Nuerobiology, and parts of seven other books on brain chemistry, composition, and how the brain reacts to stress. It was all very interesting, but by the time I finished the paper I honestly didn't give a fuck if the suferers of post traumatic stress disorder got a fair trial or not.

The day before it had to be fed exed to Vanderbilt, I spent laying out over a 100 footnotes. Unbeknownst to me, that was the day of the St. Patrick's Day parade, namely, my favorite event of the year. So I missed the stumblers, the cabbage tosses, the floats, and all the crab boils, to work on footnotes. Oh well, it was the last bit of business left over from 2005 that had to be taken care of and now it is done.
