Went to the pictures last night, and there was an actual advance screening of Serenity on. But it was bloody sold out. Gutted, another 3 weeks of waiting to see what will be the greatest piece of cinema in the history of everything.
I watched "Once More With Feeling", which is the musical episode of Buffy for those of you not in the know, yesterday for the first time. Afterwards I was left wondering why I hadn't watched it the first time round. It's absolutely legendary. The songs tell the story,a nd they're not stupid at all. Supreme. Joss Whedon is an absolute legend, and that makes the prospect of Serenity even more mouth watering.
Anyway, back to what actually happened. I mat Natalie in Glasgow at about half six and we just sat in the cinema bar chilling and chatting for a couple of hours before we went to see the utterly histerical Forty Year Old Virgin. Seriously one of the funniest films I've seen. Was laughing the entire way through!
Had a really good night with my ladyfriend - mwaaah - and then went home to sleep! All very rock n roll.
Toodles.
