Wow, this is where I am.
Hello :). Again, it's been a while since my last entry. The big reason why is because for the past month and a half, I have had more work to do in school then I've ever had in my life. Being a film student is tiring. But now everything's done, all of my projects, my tests, everything for school, and I'm on vacation, yay!
Oh, we screened all of our final films in class recently and my teacher was smiling while he was watching mine. He almost never smiles while he's watching projects. I actually think he sees potential. The crazy thing is, I'm really starting to believe that If I continue to work like this (and I will), I could be pretty good. Oh, and if some of you are wondering, YES! That was confidence coming from me! I know, crazy, huh?
I walked into the editing room to edit my final project a few weeks ago and I realized that I was really happy. I mean, REALLY happy. I can't tell you how awesome it was watching Isaiah and Juliet rehearse and they were being these characters that I had seen in my head and saying things that I had written. That was the coolest thing.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to be "sunny, happy girl" all the time. I still like looking at greys, but right now, I'm really appreciating and enjoying where I am. Maybe I should be knocking on wood, LOL. You never know, ha ha.
Juliet's leaving in about a week which really sucks :( but we'll definitely keep in touch and we might end up making a site with all of our film work on it which will be very cool :). She was really helpful when I was doing my film project, too. I've also been hanging around with Katie and Cecilia (who was also helpful with my project) a lot which has been fun as well and talking to Steph a little bit (also another helpful person :)) which is always fun.
Anyway, that's pretty much where I'm at. I hope everything's going well with everyone else! Later :).
