I ate well during the day, with a nice pumpkin salad for lunch and fruit and yoghurt for breakfast.
When I wanted a chocolate in the afternoon, I went to the supermarket and bought a banana instead... although, it was about the same caloric value as a chocolate. Next time, I'll have a nectarine or some strawberries instead.
It was my first day back at work after Xmas/New Year's today and I walked to the train station this morning, and then from the station in the city when I got in. That's about 2.5km. I got too sweaty walking to the station. Ick. I was too tired to walk home so I got a lift...
After I cooked and ate dinner - steak, baked potato and stir-fry (no oil) vegies - I was still hungry, so I ate a little piece of white chocolate that I've been saving and then some watermelon. Now I'm feeling comfortably full. I plan on going to bed in about an hour. Tiiiiiiired.
