First off, I try very hard to be laid back and understanding...but certain things need to be said. It's funny how the most "Christian" girls, the ones who have protective cases for their expensive bibles, who sing the loudest on Sundays, and who have been followers of the Lord their entire lives thanks to Christian parents, are the same girls who are the most unaccepting, stuck-up, and rude individuals I have encountered...ever. So much for actually reading those pretty, expensive bibles, or you would see that the way you treat people is not so very "Christian-like" at all. I'm tired, very tired, of hearing, "Why don't you ever go out with..." or "IT'S DANGEROUS not to have any friends...why don't you just try, just make an attempt, to be friendly with...". Would you like to know what I say to those suggestions? No. I do not want to be friends with gossipers or people who think they're better than me. Sometimes people do not get along...whatever the reason may be; And it's not fair to push individuals into a friendship, and then when it doesn't work, try and place blame somewhere. Again, sometimes people do not get along. It's not the end of the world. Second off,(I don't think that's a normally used expression, but it matches my "first off" in the beginning of the entry so what the hell) I am very thankful for the friends I do have in my life. You guys show me, everyday, what real character is and why being alive means NOTHING if you have no character. So to conclude...
1) If you're going to carry an expensive, highlighted bible and show up to church every week, it might be a good idea to try and put to use what you've learned.
2) True friends are hard to find; but the effort of friendship isn't worth it...unless the person is.
So there you have it. My feelings. And now I must go to church and put on a smile and remember the real reason why I'm there...
