I need Breaking Dawn, NOW!
I finished Eclipse! I stayed up till almost 3.30AM to finish it, LOL.
Usually when I read in bed, I'll only get through like 5-10 pages before I doze off. But not this time. I stayed wide awake even after I turned the last page. *feels proud* Hehehe.
I think what kept me awake were the fight scenes, hahaha. They were so vivid, it's like I could see it playing out in my head. Seth was such a brave little wolf boy, LOL. Even I couldn't tell that he was faking being injured, haha. That little conversation Edward had with Bella after the fight, about Seth was so adorable.
And as always, Edward was so sweet! He thought Bella would be afraid of him after seeing what he could do, and was afraid to approach her. Awww. Um, can I have my own Edward? LMAO! Did anyone notice that he started calling Bella "love" a lot in the later parts of the book. Starting from the parts in the tent. Hehe. :D
But Jacob. AW, MAN. The entire right side of his body, crushed? The bit about him cussing while he was in pain was pretty funny, though, the way Charlie kept talking about it. I giggled a bit when he referred to Carlisle as "Dr. Fang" and "vampire surgeon extraordinare", LOL! And I'm taking it back to Edward again. It was so...nice of him to stay by Jacob's side and that he got all worried as well.
I liked that the epilogue was from Jacob's POV, it really gave us a glimpse of how he really felt. *strokes Jacob's fur* The poor kid. He really loves Bella. But Jacob has yet to imprint on someone, even if he loves Bella now, what's to say that he won't leave her (if they did get together) when he imprints? He obviously didn't imprint on Bella, so that someone else is still out there. It's just gonna be like Sam/Leah/Emily all over again.
I don't know if the letter Edward sent along with the wedding invitation made it better or worse for Jacob's already-broken heart, LOL. His intentions were nice, though, very nice. And very Edward-like in his politeness and graciousness. Gawd, I can't believe he's so gracious about the whole Jacob thing! Even after Bella admitted she loved both of them.
Seriously, can I have Edward? :P
Oh, the wedding! LMAO. Bella finally gave in and let Alice plan the wedding. She's like the most enthusiatic bridesmaid-cum-wedding planner in the history of Forks or something. Hahaha. Girl's even got the wedding dress flown in already. I think it's gonna be an event that will make Rosalie so jealous. You know that Rose loves the attention she gets whenever she and Emmett get re-married. :P
