Some things are planted to grow, others buried for good...or ill. We have lilies of the West, lilies of the Nile, honey and bees and missing buds. But here, too, are a beast beneath the basement, an underwater city, and dead hotels, memories of loss and memories sold. And all around are angels and giants (baseball anyone?), cats and ghosts.
