Day 3 abc.
Goal acheived.

2 kiwifruit slushies - 152 cal
soup - 74 cal
can of tuna - 74 cal

300 calories exactly.

I've had to swap around some of the future abc days. I'm going to canberra on the 3rd of nov to visit family and my 'sort of' boyfriend. He wants to take me out for dinner on the 6th, so I've made that the 800cal day from the abc plan, and swapped it. So overall I'll still have the same amount of calories, just on different days. I hope it works. He knows I'm a obsessive eater, but he hasnt caught on to my ed. I'm a big girl, so of course, I couldnt possibly have a eating disorder. It seems these days if you are over 140lbs or so, it isnt ed, its 'dieting.' Its good for hiding my eating habits, the perfect response, "Do I look anorexic?" *cheeky smile, blow it off*. But sometimes it is worrying when 99% of the people in my life encourage me eating this way, or rather, the way they think I eat. All cept the woman I'm living with who happens to be my only friend in Adelaide, which actually sucks as she is the only one who could make my life difficult 'cause of it. I'd swap my distant family knowing, if she was less perceptive and not picking up on it.

Anyway, I'll stop rambling. I hope all you girls are as lovely as ever and going well.
